Level 1
The tent gear will be provided at your destination, all you need to do is set it up.
Level 2
Your tent will be set up for you. Upon arrival, you can immediately dive in and enjoy your vacation.
Level 3
Your tent and any additions will be set up for you. Dive into your tent or hop onto your comfy chair as soon as you arrive.

24/7 Customer service and maintenance
In case your tent suffers damage during your stay, you can request service via the Tessera app. Our 24/7 service team will ensure that your tent is repaired or replaced within 5 hours of your service request.
