Reservation requirements

1. Identification: You must provide a valid photo ID (passport/ID/driver’s license).

2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

3. Reservation Details: All reservations must be made through our authorised partners.

Start date

Your rental period begins on the date specified in your reservation confirmation. This should be the day you will arrive at the campsite.

End date

Your rental period ends on the date specified in your reservation confirmation. This should be the day you will leave the campsite.

Length of reservation

Unless specified otherwise by our partner campsite, the maximum rental period is 21 days.

Description and terms of hire

1. Equipment Provided: Modular tents and additional modules as specified in your reservation.

2. Condition of Equipment: Equipment is provided in good working condition. You must inspect the equipment on arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Payment is performed through our partner campsites.

House rules (use of the product and service)

1. Proper Use: Tents and equipment must be used only for their intended purpose and following any provided instructions.

2. Prohibited Activities: Equipment must not be used for any illegal activities or in a manner that could cause harm or damage to the product, user, or any third party.

3. Campsite rules and regulations must be adhered to at all times.

Return of Equipment

Equipment must be returned by the end date specified in your reservation. Please notify the campsite reception of your departure so our workers can collect the equipment.

Cancellations and Extensions

1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date of your rental.

2. Extensions: An extension of your rental period may be requested. Acceptance is subject to availability.

Interim termination by Tessera

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and you must return the equipment immediately.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our service. We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

Liability

1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that camping involves inherent risks. You agree to use the equipment responsibly and assume all risks associated with its use.

2. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
